Paul Oberly

Paul Oberly has extensive experience in technical support and software consulting, primarily in the fields of test management and requirements management. Since 2005, Paul has served as a Senior Technical Support Engineer specializing in HP-Quality Center at Orasi Software, focusing on customer assistance with installation, configuration, and integration with products like JIRA. Earlier roles included Principal Software Consultant, providing training and consulting on software processes and various tools. Paul has also held senior consulting positions at Borland Software Corporation, Starbase Corporation, and Technology Builders, emphasizing training and mentoring in requirement and configuration management. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and both MS and BS degrees in engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
