Ayesha Herrera

Ayesha Herrera, SPHR has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being Director of Human Resources at OraSure Technologies since January 2022. Prior to that, they held roles including Sr. Manager of Human Resources, Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Specialist, Benefits Administrator, and Human Resources Assistant at OraSure Technologies between 2008 and 2022. Before joining OraSure Technologies, they were an HR Assistant at WHITE ROSE FOODS, INC. from 2002 to 2005.

Ayesha Herrera, SPHR, attended Lehigh Valley College from 2005 to 2007, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. In 2011, they also completed a program at Cornell University in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
