Joe Dickerson

Joe Dickerson is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager OLM at OraTech, LLC since December 2021, Joe manages the OLM Engineering team and oversees the onboarding of new products, equipment, and process improvements within manufacturing and packaging operations. Prior experience includes roles at Ultradent Products, Inc. since March 1999, where Joe improved production systems and managed equipment maintenance, and as a Maintenance Supervisor at Piper Impact from March 1990 to May 1997, overseeing maintenance operations for a CNC manufacturing company. Joe began their career as a Technician at Acme Electric, focusing on equipment maintenance and repair. Joe's education includes coursework in Electrician studies at Salt Lake Community College.
