Loai Alsalti has extensive work experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles. Loai is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at ORBCOMM since July 2021. Loai began their career as a Consulting Software Engineer at LexisNexis in 1996. Throughout their career, Loai has demonstrated a focus on utilizing predictive analytics, machine learning, and data mining to enhance technology solutions and deliver innovation.

Loai Alsalti earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, which they attended from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Leading Customer Centric Growth" from Babson College in June 2012, and in "AMA's 5-Day MBA Workshop" from the American Management Association in October 2010.
