Loai Alsalti

Loai Alsalti has extensive work experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles. Loai is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Software Engineering at ORBCOMM since July 2021. Previously, they held the position of Senior Vice President of Engineering at Ocelot from December 2020 to June 2021, where they led the growth and transformation of technology, architecture, infrastructure, and content. Prior to that, Loai worked as the Vice President of Software Engineering at CloudNine from March 2018 to November 2020, overseeing the strategic direction and architecture of their eDiscovery systems. Loai also served as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at LexisNexis from April 2011 to March 2018, where they led the modernization and development of their legal CRM system. Additionally, Loai held the role of General Manager of Information Technology Middle East at Qbase from August 2007 to August 2009. Loai began their career as a Consulting Software Engineer at LexisNexis in 1996. Throughout their career, Loai has demonstrated a focus on utilizing predictive analytics, machine learning, and data mining to enhance technology solutions and deliver innovation.

Loai Alsalti earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University, which they attended from 1988 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Leading Customer Centric Growth" from Babson College in June 2012, and in "AMA's 5-Day MBA Workshop" from the American Management Association in October 2010.
