Adriana Iwassaki

Adriana Iwassaki has extensive work experience in finance and banking. Adriana is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Orbia, starting in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at PepsiCo for a significant part of their career. At PepsiCo, Adriana held various senior finance director roles, leading key transformational programs for the Europe Sector to improve profitability and efficiency across different categories. Adriana also implemented harmonization and standardization programs for raw materials and developed a portfolio optimization framework. Adriana was also the Head of Commercial Finance and Net Revenue Management, where they led major transformation initiatives and improved governance and controls. Adriana also served as the SC Finance Director, leading the SC Finance team and implementing reporting systems to enhance cost control and decision-making. Before joining PepsiCo, Adriana worked at HSBC as a Senior Banker, focusing on structured products and M&A transactions. Earlier in their career, they worked at Citi as a Relationship Manager, where they formed key banking relationships with multinational customers, and as a Trade Specialist. Adriana has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, transformation, and relationship management throughout their career.

Adriana Iwassaki completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the Universidade de São Paulo (USP) from 1992 to 1996. Adriana then pursued a Post-Graduation in Administration at the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) from 2000 to 2002.
