Neil Norman

Neil Norman has over 30 years of HR and management experience, starting as a Distribution/Logistics Manager at Whitbread in 1990. Neil then moved to Magnet Ltd, where they served as Head of HR from 1995 to 2001. Following this, they joined Shepherd Construction as a Senior HR Business Partner until 2013. Currently, they are the HR Director at Orbia, overseeing operations in the UK and Ireland.

Neil Norman's education history includes a HNC in Mechanical Engineering from York College and a BA in Psychology from York St John University. Neil also completed a Post Grad Diploma in Management from The Open University, a Post Grad Diploma in HR from CIPD, and an MSc in Personnel and Development from Hull University (Dearne Valley Business School). Additionally, they obtained a Professional Membership - fellowship from FCIPD.
