Roxana Suzarte has a strong background in internal audit, SOX compliance, and risk management. Roxana has over 30 years of experience in various companies, including roles at PwC, Grupo Bimbo, 3M, The Gillette Company, TenarisTamsa, Ernst & Young, Dana Holding Corporation, and Orbia. Their roles have involved managing internal audit departments, conducting compliance testing, leading multicultural teams, and collaborating on risk assessments and control implementations. Roxana has extensive experience in SOX compliance, fraud investigations, and process improvement, showcasing their expertise in internal controls and audit functions.

Roxana Suzarte completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting at Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 1987 to 1992. Roxana later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Administration and Management of Companies at Universidad Latinoamericana, S.C. from 2020 to 2021. Additionally, Roxana has obtained various certifications in Business Transformational Coaching, Internal Audit, Avatar Mastery, and Quality Improvement from different institutions over the years.
