Andrew Kanarek

Andrew Kanarek, CFA, CIPM, has extensive experience in the financial sector, currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and Senior Director at OrbiMed Advisors LLC since January 1993. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Research Associate at Mehta & Isaly from December 1993 to December 1997. Educationally, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, both completed between 1993 and 1998, following a secondary education at Chatham High School.
