Audrius Korolkovas has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Audrius is currently the Head of People Operations at Orbio World, where they are responsible for building teams and processes for a department with up to 150 employees. Audrius'smain areas of expertise include recruitment strategy, onboarding, talent development, and benefits.

Prior to this, Audrius served as the President and Chairman of the Board at Waldorf pedagogical support association "Šaltinėlis". Audrius was also a Speaker and Consultant as a freelance professional, sharing their managerial experience in topics such as remote leadership, telemarketing, team engagement, and cross-cultural communication.

Audrius previously worked as the Head of Staff at Hostinger International, where they created a foundation for long-term goals in a rapidly growing department of over 400 members. Audrius also held the position of Head of People Operations at JSC Planas Chuliganas, where they were responsible for opening a new office, building a culture, forming a leadership team, and providing training and onboarding initiatives.

In addition, Audrius served as the Head of Commercial Department at DAT (Danish Air Transport), overseeing various commercial activities and focusing on boosting profitability. Audrius also worked at Intermedix as a Director and Manager of Operations, responsible for deploying US medical services in Lithuania and managing diverse teams.

Earlier in their career, Audrius was the Head of Sales Department at Transcom Lithuania, where they grew the telemarketing business and achieved record sales for a main client. Audrius also held the role of Analyst at Publicum and worked as a Trainee at the Embassy of the Republic of Lithuania to the Republic of Latvia.

Throughout their career, Audrius has demonstrated expertise in team management, process improvement, recruitment, and customer relations. Audrius has also been involved in event hosting, moderating discussions, and conducting workshops.

Audrius Korolkovas obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Political Science with a focus on Diplomacy and International Relations from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Audrius attended the university from 2005 to 2011. Prior to their university studies, Audrius attended VDU Rasa Gymnasium, although the specific dates and degree obtained are unknown. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from PEEC - Productivity Engineering Europe Corporation in May 2016.
