Jurgita Burčikienė

Jurgita Burčikienė's work experience began in 2006 as an Administrator at UAB "Grand SPA Lietuva." Jurgita then worked as a Sales Manager at Kaunas Communication Centre from 2008 to 2010. Jurgita joined Webhelp in 2010 and held multiple roles during their tenure. Jurgita started as a Customer Service Representative for Norwegian Air Shuttle project and later progressed to become a Payment Services and Refund Support analyst. In 2017, they were promoted to the Super-User position, where they provided training and support to their colleagues. In 2019, Jurgita became a Chargeback specialist and was responsible for Payment Services and Refund Support at Webhelp. Currently, they are working as the Head of Refund and Chargeback operations at Orbio World, a position they assumed in 2021.
