Megan Hardy-Hensley, M.S.Ed. has worked in various positions throughout their career. From 2007 to 2008, they served as a Research Assistant at Randy Martin and Associates. Later, from 2008 to 2012, they worked at CAPS- Child And Parent Services as a Forensic Child Interviewer and later became the Program Director. In 2012, they interned as a Counselor at Salvation Army Rehabilitation Center. The following year, they were an Intern Group Leader at St. Pius X Catholic School. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at Indiana University South Bend Student Counseling Center as a Counselor. In 2013, they joined Samaritan Counseling Center as a member of the Board of Directors. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Luma "Brighter Learning" as an Education Specialist and later became the Director of Learning Programs. Megan also served as a Curriculum Consultant at GCSCORED from 2013 to the present. At Indiana University South Bend, they worked as an Adjunct Professor from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are an Instructional Designer at Orbis Education since December 2019, and has held the roles of eLearning Quality Assurance Analyst and Instructional Designer II before being promoted to their current position.

Megan Hardy-Hensley, M.S.Ed., obtained their Master of Science in Education (MSEd) degree with a specialization in Counseling and Human Services from Indiana University South Bend. Megan completed this program between the years 2008 and 2013. Prior to their graduate studies, Megan earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Indiana University South Bend, though the specific start and end years for this undergraduate degree are not provided.
