Meghan Fuller, MS

Meghan Fuller, MS has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Meghan began their career in Falcon School District 49 as a Mental Health Paraprofessional and later transitioned to become a Reading Interventionist. In this role, they provided support to students with reading difficulties. In 2016, Meghan joined Pikes Peak Community College as a TRiO Academic & Tutoring Coach for Disabled Student Support Services. Meghan was responsible for providing academic support, coaching, and advising to students with disabilities. Meghan also facilitated workshops and collaborated with various departments to produce informational sessions for students. In 2018, Meghan joined Goodwill Central Texas as a Career Advancement Specialist, where they worked with clients with disabilities, reintegrating clients, and unemployed/underemployed individuals to develop career readiness skills. Meghan contributed to training materials and instructed participants in job readiness skills. Meghan then moved on to Orbis Education in 2020, initially serving as an Academic Success Coach before being promoted to the Director of Academic Success. In their current role, they oversee operations and manages a team of Academic Success Coaches. Meghan utilizes software such as Salesforce and various Learning Management Systems to track student progression and retention. Meghan also resolves conflicts and serves as the first point of contact for escalations. Meghan Fuller holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in College Administration and Leadership, which they obtained from Purdue Global in the year 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Penn State University in the period between 2010 and 2014. In addition to their formal education, Meghan has also obtained several certifications. These include "Ask Questions to Make Data-Driven Decisions" and "Prepare Data for Exploration" from Coursera, both acquired in May 2021. Meghan also completed the certification course "Foundations: Data, Data, Everywhere" from Coursera in April 2021. Meghan earned the certification as a Notary Public from the Texas State Notary Bureau in October 2019, and they obtained the Mental Health First Aid certification from the National Council for Behavioral Health in December 2019.
