Kasia Biezychudek

Kasia Biezychudek has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kasia currently works at Orbis International as the Vice President, Leadership Giving, where they oversee fundraising strategies and leads major gifts programs and corporate partnerships. Prior to this, they were the Director, Head of Major Gifts at Orbis International, where they focused on eliminating avoidable blindness and transforming lives. Before joining Orbis, Kasia worked as the Director, Sales and Alliances at Big Health. Kasia also served as the VP, Strategic Partnerships and CFO at Touch Foundation, Inc., where they led institutional partnerships and managed multi-million dollar funding partnerships with USAID and corporate foundations. Kasia has also worked in the United Nations Development Programme and Advent International as a Summer Associate and Private Equity Associate, respectively, gaining experience in business development and financial analysis. Kasia started their career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston and had a summer tax internship at Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Kasia Biezychudek completed their MBA with a focus on social enterprise from Harvard Business School in 2007. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1997 to 2001. Kasia also completed coursework towards a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Minor in Spanish at Universidad de Granada in 1998 and 1999. Kasia passed the DELE Spanish proficiency exam during their time there. Kasia began their education at Glenbard North High School from 1993 to 1997.
