Dominik Sołtysik

Dominik Sołtysik is responsible for leading the Portfolio Performance Management division in Eastern Europe and holds the position of CEO. Until now, he was the Vice President of the Management Board and Operational Director at Orbis. During that time, he was responsible for the effective management of the hotel real estate portfolio and the development of the Group in Poland and in the countries of Eastern Europe. He has been managing various corporate projects, incl. the preparation of the Orbis-Accor historical transaction in 2015 and the process of selling the service activity to Accor in 2019.

He graduated from the faculty of economics of Toulouse Business School, and gained the first professional experience as a financial auditor in Salustro Reydel. In 2003 he joined the finance department at the headquarters of the Accor Group in Paris. In 2010 he was Finance Director Accor Pannonia Hotels in Budapest. During his career he filled various finance-related positions, and he won extensive experience in finance, development and asset management in Paris, London, Budapest and Warsaw.
