Melanie Randall

Melanie Randall has extensive work experience in the field of instructional systems design and project management. Melanie is currently working at Contiem as the Director of Professional Services since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BDO as a Learning & Development Relationship Manager from November 2021 to November 2022. From August 2016 to November 2021, Melanie worked at Innovative Learning Group as a Project Manager and Senior Instructional Systems Designer. Before that, they had a long tenure at Raytheon Professional Services, where they held various roles such as Senior Instructional Systems Designer, Lead Instructional Systems Designer, Placement Assessment Developer, and Training Coordinator, from 2000 to 2016.

From 1997 to 2001, Melanie Randall attended Oakland University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Development.
