Aaja Baruwal

Aaja Baruwal is the Manager of Product Development at OrbisPay. Aaja has over 9 years of experience as a Principal at Kachroo Legal Services P.C., where they represented domestic and international investors in strategic recovery and in whistleblower claims before the SEC, IRS, and under the FCA. Aaja also acted as general and transactional counsel to biotech and technology companies.

In 2009, they assisted with research for the EU-US Transatlantic Dialogue on International Financial Cooperation and drafted and delivered a proposal for a new International Finance Court to the World Legal Forum at The Hague. Aaja also co-authored and assisted with the publication of “No One Would Listen,” the true story of the investigation of Madoff’s Ponzi Scheme, and helped produce documentary film “Chasing Madoff.”
