Jinous Samavat

Jinous Samavat Ph.D is a Senior Scientist at Orbit Discovery, where work has been ongoing since June 2021. Previously, Jinous held the position of Research Fellow at Nottingham Trent University from March 2020 to June 2021. Earlier experience includes roles at the University of Warwick between October 2016 and March 2020, serving as a Group Facilitator for Clinical Based Learning and conducting research as a Ph.D. student, in addition to demonstrating in clinical microbiology labs. Jinous also worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Florence from January 2012 to June 2016, focusing on the effects of bariatric surgery on male fertility in patients with morbid obesity. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Warwick and Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Biotechnology and Medical Biotechnology from the Università degli Studi di Firenze.
