Muhammad Ikhwan Jambak

Muhammad Ikhwan Jambak has extensive work experience in various educational institutions and technology companies. Muhammad Ikhwan is currently serving as the Head of Cloud for the Jobseekers Program at PT Chairos International Ventures. Prior to this, they held the role of Program Director Cloud Computing at Orbit Future Academy.

From 2018 to 2022, Muhammad worked as a Principal Consultant at Custommedia Sdn. Bhd. Before that, they were a Lecturer Specialist-PhD at Bina Nusantara University from 2016 to 2018. Muhammad Ikhwan also served as an Associate Professor at Universiti Utara Malaysia from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Lecturer at Albukhary International University from 2013 to 2014.

Muhammad's academic career includes working as an Assistant Professor at the University of Nizwa, Oman, from 2010 to 2013, and as a Senior Lecturer at UTM from 2007 to 2010. Muhammad Ikhwan started their professional journey as an AIO at TU Delft in 2000.

Muhammad Ikhwan Jambak earned a Ph.D. in Industrial Design Engineering/Information & Knowledge Management from Delft University of Technology from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia from 1997 to 2000. Muhammad Ikhwan'sundergraduate studies were completed at Universitas Sriwijaya from 1988 to 1993, where they received a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Chemical Engineering. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the Amazon Web Services Security Specialty and the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Muhammad Ikhwan also holds certifications from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, including the CTAL-TM (Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Manager), CTAL-ST (Certified Tester Advanced Level - Security), CTAL-TA (Certified Tester Advanced Level - Test Analyst), and the CPRE certification from IREB GmbH. Muhammad Ikhwan has also received training in Train The Trainers from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia.
