Amy Neave

Amy Neave is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in surgical education and training within the medical field. Currently serving as a Surgical Technical Expert at Gyroscope Therapeutics since February 2020, Amy leads a surgical team focused on delivering gene therapy for eye diseases. Previously, as the Institute for Advancing Sciences Manager at Boston Scientific from August 2015 to February 2020, Amy managed professional education platforms across Southern Africa, promoting sustainable surgical technologies. Amy's tenure at Johnson & Johnson Medical from August 2011 to February 2020 involved developing training programs for healthcare professionals, while earlier roles at Johnson & Johnson ETHICON included creating robust professional education frameworks for the EMEA region. Amy holds an MBA in Strategic Marketing from Purdue Krannert School of Management and a BS in Biochemistry & Molecular Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
