Dale Wilkins

Dale Wilkins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in piping and mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Piping/Mechanical Dept. Manager at H&K Engineering, a subsidiary of Orbital Engineering, Inc., since February 2021. With a career beginning in 1985 at Dow Chemical as a Mechanical/Piping Designer, Dale progressed to CDI Engineering as a Sr Piping Design Lead/HDS Laser Scanning/Survey Manager from 1996 to 2007 before taking on the role of Piping/Mechanical/HDS Laser Scanning/Survey Dept. Manager at H&K Engineering in September 2007. Dale specializes in High Definition Laser Scanning and Survey Control, as well as 3D Piping Design, and has been involved with Laser Scanning technology since around 1997.
