R. Peter Weaver

R. Peter Weaver has worked in various roles since 1991. R. Peter began their career as a staff member of the Engineering and Quality Department at IMTT in 1991. In 1995, they joined ExxonMobil as a Product Manager, New Product Development, Technical Sales, and Midstream Logistics Coordinator. In 2004, Weaver took on roles as a Deck Officer at the Great Lakes Maritime Academy and an Adjunct Professor of Business at Ferris State University. From 2006 to 2014, they worked as Director of Regulatory Compliance at the International Liquid Terminals Association (ILTA). In 2014, Weaver was promoted to Vice President of Government Affairs and Operations at ILTA, where they were responsible for implementing government affairs initiatives and member-driven operational activities. In 2017, Weaver joined Orbital Sidekick as Vice President of Business Development, where they developed and implemented corporate strategic and commercial development priorities, secured routine satellite monitoring contracts, and created impactful market engagement.

R. Peter Weaver completed their education history with an Associate's degree in Marine Engineering Technology from Great Lakes Maritime Academy between 2003 and 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management between 1995 and 1997. R. Peter began their educational journey with a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia between 1987 and 1991.
