Hlib Leksikov

Hlib Leksikov has a diverse work experience in the design field. Hlib is currently working as the Head of Design at both Orbus Software and Ua Tech People. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Svitla Systems, where they directly interacted with clients and led the entire design process. Hlib also has experience at Wargaming as a Senior Product Designer and Lead Designer, and at Engine Interactive as a Senior Interactive Designer. Hlib began their career as a Web Designer at Suponix, where they designed corporate portals and websites. Additionally, Hlib has freelanced as a UX/UI Designer, working with various studios around the world.

Hlib Leksikov has a Bachelor's degree in Ecology, food safety, and environment protection from the Odessa National Academy of Food Technologies, which they obtained from 2002 to 2007. In 2013 to 2014, they attended IKrA where they studied Interactive Communication in Advertising. In 2017 to 2018, Hlib participated in the GoIT program, focused on starting a career in IT as a Full Stack Developer. In 2018, they obtained a certificate in UX Architecture from the Projector Institute. Additionally, Hlib obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in June 2021.
