Laura's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Telesis Bio, Dexcom, Illumina, Bloom Energy, Honeywell Aerospace, Mars, and Alcoa, where Laura focused on human resources strategy, organizational development, and talent management. Laura Puga holds an MBA in Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
