Lucy Williams

Lucy Williams is an experienced geoscientist with a strong background in exploration and development geology. Lucy has held various roles, including Subsurface Team Leader at Orca Exploration since June 2020 and Geoscience Manager at Rockhopper Exploration PLC since June 2011, where contributions were made as a Development Geologist on the Sea Lion oil field project. Previous positions include Associate Geologist at Challenge Energy Limited, Subsurface Manager at Orca Exploration, and Senior Geoscientist at PanOcean Energy, where responsibilities included managing exploration and development geology across assets in Gabon and Tanzania. A foundational career began at Chevron, where Lucy gained extensive experience as a Geologist. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Petroleum Geology from Imperial College London and a BSc in Geology from UCL, with first-class honors.
