Alvis Wong

Alvis Wong is an experienced Customer Success Manager with a strong background in client relations, account management, and sales across multiple high-tech companies. Currently at Orca Security since July 2022, Alvis previously held positions at Datadog from December 2018 to July 2022, where roles included Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. Former experience includes customer success for APAC at Talmix and renewal sales at Concentrix, with notable accomplishments such as being recognized as the Best Renewal Rep for RedHat APAC in FY17 and achieving over 109% of quotas across 10 consecutive quarters. Alvis's career began at Apple, where participation in the Leadership Development Program fostered skills in team leadership and customer service. Alvis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management from Northumbria University, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
