Mai Salem

Mai Salem is an experienced educator and pharmacist with a diverse background in teaching and pharmaceutical roles. Currently serving as an IGCSE human biology and science teacher at Utopia International School since September 2022, Mai also works as a pharmacist for the Ministry of Health & Population in Egypt and as a biology teacher at Orcas. Previous positions include IGCSE biology teacher assistant at Saint Fatima Language School, civilian inpatient pharmacy at Air Force Specialized Hospital, and American diploma chemistry and biology teacher at Dar El Tarbiah School. Additionally, experience includes a role as a medical sales representative at International Drug Agency for Pharmaceutical Industry. Mai holds a master's degree in biochemistry from Al-Azhar University and a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutics and drug design from Ain Shams University, complemented by IGCSE certification from Ramses College for Girls.
