Team Lead, Customer Advocacy at Orchard (We're hiring!)

Héloïse Danna has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors and roles. In 2019, they worked as a Language Assistant, focusing on improving students' communication skills in French at Sant Ignasi in Barcelona. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Youth Worker in Romania, designing non-formal activities for local schools. Héloïse also worked as an English teacher for the Education Nationale, both as a substitute teacher for middle school children and as a private English teacher. Additionally, they worked as an Educational Assistant, where they focused on digital culture and civic involvement. In 2020, Héloïse joined MoGi Group as a Player Support Agent, providing efficient resolution to customer issues and translating English to French. Héloïse later worked as a French Language Assistant at Alliance Française de Cuneo, coordinating schedules and providing training for the DELF A2 Junior exam. Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Customer Advocacy at Orchard.

Héloïse Danna obtained a Master's Degree in French as a Foreign Language from Le Mans Université, which they attended from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they completed another Master's Degree in English at the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, Héloïse earned a University Degree in French as a Foreign Language at Université Rennes 2 from 2018 to 2019.

In terms of additional certifications, they obtained one in "Cooperate and Escape: Educational Escape Rooms to Fight Youth Unemployment" from La Víbria Intercultural in September 2019. Héloïse also acquired a certification in "MOOC Moi, prof de FLE" from Université de Liège in February 2019.
