Lizzie Meltzer Fine began their work experience in 2009 as a Promotion/Marketing Coordinator at Conde Nast. Lizzie then transitioned to the role of Integrated Marketing Manager in February 2012, which they held until June 2013. In November 2015, Lizzie joined Orchard Mile as Director of Marketing, where they currently work.
