Ben Coggins

Ben Coggins is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Global Sales Development at Navan, overseeing a 150+ person organization across multiple global locations since January 2020. With extensive experience in sales development and team leadership, Ben has successfully promoted over 165 SDRs to various roles within the go-to-market strategy. Ben's prior roles include significant positions at Dropbox, where leadership in launching and scaling the EMEA region was instrumental, and as a Sales Leader at Beamery, contributing to the expansion of the US market. Additionally, Ben serves as an advisor for several companies, including Actively AI, Orum, Orchestra, and Octave. Ben's foundational sales career began at BrightEdge, where outstanding performance as the first SDR promoted to Account Executive laid the groundwork for future success. Ben holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese and Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and participated in an immersion program in Mandarin at Nankai University.
