Joshua Fichmann

Joshua Fichmann, CPA has a diverse range of work experience in accounting and finance. Joshua is currently the Director of SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting at Orchestra BioMed. Prior to this, they worked at RSM US LLP as a Director, where they provided technical accounting consulting services to middle-market clients, specializing in areas such as revenue recognition, SEC reporting, and lease accounting. Before that, Joshua served as the Assistant Controller at MMIT and Dicalite Management Group, where they managed various accounting operations, implemented systems to streamline processes, and restructured accounting teams. Joshua also held the position of Senior Manager at Pine Hill Group, where they assisted clients in transitioning to ASC 606 guidance and developed accounting treatment evaluations. Earlier in their career, Joshua worked as a Divisional Controller and Senior Accounting Manager at Heartland Payment Systems, where they established accounting policies and led financial reporting efforts. Joshua began their career as a Senior Auditor in Charge at Deloitte & Touche and also gained experience as a Temp Intern at Insurance Auto Auctions. Through their various roles, Joshua has demonstrated expertise in technical accounting, SEC reporting, systems implementation, and team leadership.

Joshua Fichmann, CPA has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School, which was obtained in 2005. Prior to that, they earned an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan College at Burlington County, graduating in 2003. Joshua also attended Shawnee High School from 1993 to 1997. Joshua holds a CPA certification, though the institution and the date of obtaining it are unknown.
