Jonathan B. has over 20 years of work experience in the Information Technology field. Jonathan started their career in 1999 as IT Manager for the Midwest Region at CROSSMARK, where they managed and supervised up to 20 Midwest offices, more than 1000 computers, and 5 servers. Jonathan provided effective desktop, hardware, software, and network support across the region. In the same year, they also became self-employed at Peak PC's. In 2005, Jonathan moved to Chard Snyder as Director of Information Technology. Finally, in 2013, they became Co-founder/Partner at Orchestrate Technologies.

Jonathan B. began their educational journey at Winton Woods High School from 1991 to 1995. Jonathan then attended Diamond Oaks Vocational from 1993 to 1995, where they earned a CAD in Computer Aided Drafting. In 1995, Jonathan B. enrolled in Cincinnati State Technical and Community College and obtained an Associates in Engineering by 1998. In 2000, they attended New Horizons Learning Center and earned a MCSE in Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Lastly, Jonathan B. obtained a BSIT in Information Technology from University of Phoenix in 2010.
