Nicki Wilkins

Nicki Wilkins is an experienced recruitment specialist currently on maternity leave from Cellmark Forensic Services, where employment began in March 2022. Prior to this, Nicki held various roles in human resources at Oxfordsh from May 2018 to March 2022, including Strategic HR Resourcing Lead and HR Resourcing Adviser. From May 2012 to May 2018, Nicki worked at the University of Oxford as an HR Officer - Recruitment and as a Senior HR Assistant. Additional HR experience includes roles as an HR Administrator at The Nielsen Company from April 2011 to April 2012, as well as at Oxfam from October 2006 to April 2011, where responsibilities included HR Admin Team Leader during maternity cover. Nicki began the professional journey as a Recruitment Administrator at Champion Recruitment from May 2005 to October 2006. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Fine Art & Photography from Abingdon & Witney College, completed from 2002 to 2004, and secondary education at Matthew Arnold from 1997 to 2002.
