Rachel Taylor

Rachel Taylor is currently a Customer Success Team Lead at Oak Engage since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel worked at Geoplan Spatial Intelligence Ltd as a Business Development Manager from June 2018 to April 2021. Rachel has also held positions such as an Account Manager at Dee Set: Complete Retail Solutions from July 2013 to May 2018 and a Bank Receptionist at The Police Treatment Centres in 2012-2013. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Management from the University of East Anglia and is a Prince2 Practitioner in Project Management. Throughout their career, Rachel has focused on building strong relationships with clients, demonstrating commercial success, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
