Aleta Keating has extensive work experience in human resources and management roles. Aleta has held various positions at Ord Minnett, BOLDLY - Get A Coach, Salesforce, The University of Sydney Business School, Torrens University Australia, Ministry of Sound Australia, and as a consultant. Aleta's roles have included Head of People and Culture, Executive Coach, Director of Human Resources, Senior Manager HR Business Partner, Head of HR, Casual Academic Tutor, Head of HR Business Partners, Head of Success Coaches, National Program Director, Group HR & Training Manager, Human Resources Consultant, Facilitator & Instructional Designer, National People and Culture Manager, HR & Sales Training Manager, and HR Manager & Sales Trainer. Aleta has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in talent management, coaching, employee engagement, recruitment, and change management. Aleta has experience working in both large multinational corporations and academic institutions.

Aleta Keating completed a Bachelor of Adult Education with a major in Human Resources Development at the University of Technology Sydney from 2000 to 2003. Aleta then pursued a Graduate Certificate in Writing with a major in Screen Writing at the same institution in 2005. Aleta Keating furthered their education by obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Sydney from 2007 to 2009. In 2010 to 2011, they completed a Masters in Adult Education with a major in Workplace Learning and Organisational Development at the University of Technology Sydney. Aleta Keating recently obtained a Masters degree in Science in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney, completing it from 2020 to 2022. Aleta also holds several additional certifications in various fields.
