Karen Bedell

Karen Bedell has extensive experience in human resources and people operations, holding leadership positions such as VP of People, Senior Director of People, and Director of People Operations at Order.co. Prior to this, Karen served as Director of Workforce Optimization & Planning and Director of HR Operations - Planning & Execution at Freedom Mortgage. Additional experience includes roles as Director of People & Culture Operations and Senior HR Project Manager at Managed by Q, as well as various HR positions at Zocdoc, including HR Project Manager and Recruiting Operations Team Lead. Karen completed a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics at New York University and studied at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
