SOMIA WASEEM

SOMIA WASEEM has been working in the software engineering field since 2016. SOMIA started as a Teacher Assistant at UMT in 2016, then moved to Hashe Computer Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. in 2018 as a Software Engineer, where they worked in teams on web based projects and developed modules according to document specifications. In 2019, they joined Allied Consultants as a Software Engineer, and then OrderCircle as a Lead Engineer.

SOMIA WASEEM has a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from the University of Management and Technology - UMT, which they obtained between 2014 and 2018. SOMIA then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Project Management from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021. Additionally, SOMIA WASEEM has obtained certifications from Coursera and Udemy, such as Get started with Jira, How to create a Jira SCRUM project, Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate, How to use roadmaps in Jira, and Introduction to Scrum Master Training.
