Cassidy Califano

Cassidy Califano has held a variety of roles in the technology and customer service industries since 2014. In 2016, they began their career in the technology industry as a Pharmaceutical Validation Intern at Covex, LLC, where they assisted in the writing and execution of test scripts and FDA compliant documentation review. That same year, they also began working as a Wellness Ambassador at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they created and marketed wellness education in person, on print and online. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Care IT Liaison at NCR Corporation, where they offered on-site IT support and documented, monitored, and troubleshot issues. Cassidy also worked as an Ecommerce Implementation Consultant at Michelle's Jewelry Studio/Sabre’s Fine Jewelry, where they expanded their online shopping capabilities by implementing various eCommerce channels and POS at their brick-and-mortar locations. In 2021, they began working as a Professional Services Consultant at Infinite Blue, where they served as point of contact for conducting and managing customer implementations through Infinite Blue's low-code SaaS tool. Currently, they are working as a Client Solutions Consultant at Ordergroove, where they are managing projects with clients to understand their system integration requirements while translating business requirements into technical requirements for development teams.

Cassidy Califano attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Liberal Studies, Science and Mathematics Track.
