Julia McCullough

Julia McCullough is an experienced professional in customer success and eCommerce, currently serving as the Director of Scaled Customer Success at Ordergroove, where responsibilities include leading the SMB and scale team and shaping the digital CSM strategy. Julia previously held key roles at SheerID as a Senior Manager in Customer Success, focusing on mid-market and enterprise client retention, and at Salsify as a Principal Customer Success Manager responsible for the apparel vertical. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Client Success at True Fit Corporation, Owner of JMM Digital Consulting LLC, and various leadership positions at Walmart eCommerce and Shutterfly, Inc. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science in Merchandise Management and a Minor in Business Administration from Oregon State University.
