Lexie Wallace began their career in 2016 as a Sales Support Consultant/Digital Marketing Specialist at Shangri-La World Travel. In this role, they acted as a liaison between vendors and customers to resolve discrepancies and manage customer concerns, as well as prepared documentation for Sales and Marketing teams. Lexie also developed marketing materials and collateral that blended best practices, visual appeal, critical content, and brand messaging.

In 2017, Lexie joined Virtuoso Travel as a Manager - Member Operations, where they coached and mentored the Client Services team and provided operational support. Lexie also streamlined onboarding of new global members across regions and defined strategies for maximizing customer experience within various cultures and regions around the world. In addition, they held the role of Account Manager, Event Sponsorships, where they oversaw account management, team operations, strategic planning, and customer success for the Event Sponsorships team. Lexie ensured alignment of messaging, materials, and content for events with the Event Sponsorships program vision, core values, and overarching branding, as well as evaluated ROI for potential campaigns and generated revenue through targeted sponsorship goals.

In 2021, Lexie joined OMG as a Senior Client Success Manager and Key Account Manager. In this role, they are the main point of contact for all roles within their accounts, from C-suite executives to customer service reps. Lexie works with Owners, Group Sales Managers, and Sales teams, building relationships in order to successfully drive strategy, implement programs, and influence the adoption of revenue-generating features.

Lexie Wallace attended the University of North Texas from 2015 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 2013 to 2015, studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
