Manuel Maldonado Jr., AIA, LEED AP, is a seasoned architect currently serving as Principal at Ordiz-Melby Architects, Inc. since September 2018. Prior to this role, Manuel held various positions at Ordiz Melby Architects, including Associate Architect and Project Architect, demonstrating a strong progression in expertise since starting as Project Leader in March 2008. Manuel's career in architecture began as a CAD Draftsman at Dave G. Cross Architects from June 2000 to June 2006. A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture was awarded from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2007.
