Paul French

Paul leads on propositions and innovation, helping OS expand into new markets.

Previously Paul was at E.ON, initially as Managing Director of new Energy Solutions and then European Director of E.ON’s ‘Future Energy Home’ programme. Most recently, he led the Business and Cities Solutions teams, working with large businesses, public sector bodies and cities to create energy solutions to reduce costs and carbon output.

Prior to E.ON, Paul was Chief Operating Officer of Asurion Europe, a European start-up that is part of a renowned global insure-tech business.

Paul started his career in financial services with Barclays Bank, in roles across retail, corporate and private banking. Paul then went on to work in telecommunications with Virgin Mobile, Orange and EE, in marketing, product and commercial roles, the last being Director of Value-Added Products, tasked with growing new revenue for EE.

Paul has a passion for sustainability having led multiple strategic initiatives at E.ON.
