Sheng Zhou

Sheng Zhou is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in research and development spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at Ordnance Survey since August 2006, Sheng Zhou has held various roles within the organization, including Research and Development Scientist and Research Scientist. Prior to this, experience includes being a Senior Research Associate at Cardiff University from May 2000 to August 2004, and a Research Fellow at the University of Glamorgan from August 1998 to April 2000. Earlier in the career, Sheng Zhou worked as a Computer Engineer and Urban Planner at the China Academy of Urban Planning and Design from July 1992 to August 1994. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in GIS/City and Regional Planning from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Astrophysics from Peking University.
