Teresa Binks has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Teresa started their career as an Intern at the University of Southampton in 2008, where they worked on various projects involving eLearning game development, teaching material design, and course restructuring. Teresa continued their internship in 2009, focusing on the design of an eLearning game for the School of Nursing and Midwifery.

In 2010, Teresa worked as an Intern at the University of Southampton again, this time leading a team in project management and coding of an eLearning game. Teresa showcased their leadership and coding skills during this role.

In 2016, Teresa joined Ordnance Survey as a Software Engineering Trainee. Teresa then progressed to roles such as Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the organization's Azure cloud adoption and DevOps culture. Teresa built self-service internal platforms, defined Azure landing zones and governance, provided consultation to other teams, and implemented best practices.

Most recently, in 2021, Teresa took on the role of Developer Productivity Team Lead at Ordnance Survey. Teresa was responsible for technical leadership, agile coordination, stakeholder engagement, and backlog management. Teresa also served as an organizational expert in Azure Active Directory, consulting on identity principles and implementing good practices.
