Ellen Røsholm has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Ellen began their career as a Store Manager at La Chinata, where they were responsible for daily operations and staff at two locations in Stavanger, as well as the stores SOME channels and web shop. Ellen also landed larger agreements with local companies on corporate gifts, as well as delivery to the food box service "Adams Matkasse". In 2018, Ellen moved to Lyse where they worked as a Sales Advisor and was voted Seller of the Month in February 2019 for the highest hit rate on sales, most signed contracts, and ECS 93%. In 2019, Ellen joined Corporater as a Sales Advisor before moving to Favrit in 2021, where they are currently working as a Customer Success Manager.

Ellen Røsholm completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Stavanger between 2011 and 2012. Ellen then went on to complete a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from the same university between 2012 and 2015. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Corporater in Configuration Expert and Corporater BMP Power User in December 2019, The Norwegian Law of Alcohol in December 2014, and a PMI Foundation-level Certification in Productivity Management from d2o | Hospitality Productivity Management Technology in March 2014.
