Frank Heron, CISSP has over 17 years of work experience in the IT field. Frank began their career in 2004 as a Franchise Owner at Rescuecom. In 2007, they moved to Summation Research, Inc. as IT Manager. In 2010, they joined NetApp as a Technical Support Engineer. In 2012, they moved to Symantec as a Netbackup Technical Support Engineer. In 2015, they joined Veritas Technologies LLC as a Veritas Managed Services, Associate Backup Administration Specialist and Senior Netbackup Technical Support Engineer. In 2019, they moved to Forescout Technologies Inc. as an Information Technology Engineer. Currently, they are working at Ordr Inc. as a Technical Solutions Architect and Technical Account Manager.

Frank Heron, CISSP obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida. Frank has also obtained various certifications, including eCPPTv2 Certified Professional Penetration Tester from eLearnSecurity in March 2021, Python Programming from Stanly Community College (SCC) in April 2020, Forecscout Certified Adminstrator (FSCA) from Forescout Technologies Inc. in July 2019, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in March 2019, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in April 2018, VCS Veritas NetBackup 7.6.1 Administrator from Veritas Technologies LLC in July 2015, Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA Security) from Cisco in February 2018, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco in December 2017, and Cisco Certified Entry Network Technician ( CCENT ) from Cisco in November 2017. Frank also holds CompTia Server+ Certification and Comptia A+ certifications from CompTIA.
