Michael Swinnerton

Michael Swinnerton is a seasoned professional in development management with extensive experience in leading projects within the childcare and commercial sectors. Currently, as a Senior Development Manager and Head of Childcare Centre Developments at Oreana Group since November 2019, Michael oversees the end-to-end management of various projects across Australia. Prior to this, Michael held positions at APH Holding Australia, focusing on large-scale hotel and mixed-use developments, and successfully managed a portfolio at Steller, completing numerous residential and commercial projects. With a strong background in customer service and operational leadership from roles at Grill'd Healthy Burgers and Crust Gourmet Group, Michael's educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Deakin University.
