Thomas Pourpoint

Thomas Pourpoint is a Design Engineer at Oreca since September 2023, having previously held an internship as an Engine Operation & Support Engineer at the same company earlier in 2023, where responsibilities included technical support for LMP3 powertrains, dyno testing, engine mapping, and data analysis. Experience also includes participation in the ETS Formula Student project focused on suspension load cell integration and jig design, and a role as Chief Consultant at CEA, leading the design and manufacture of bending test benches. Previous internships at Almeras Freres and Maserati involved hands-on car maintenance, setting chassis, and managing spare parts, complemented by a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from Arts et Métiers ParisTech.
