Rocky Dallum

Rocky Dallum is a government relations and public policy consultant who has worked with clients across the Northwest region for over eight years. Rocky is currently a partner at Tonkon Torp LLP, where they provide counsel to clients on advancing their public policy agendas and government affairs activities. Rocky has also served as an in-house counsel for Boise Inc./Packaging Corporation of America, a court-certified law clerk for the Washington County District Attorney, and a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice, Financial Fraud/Consumer Protection division. In addition to their work in the legal field, Rocky has also served as an outreach director for Hubbell Communications and a grassroots manager for the American Cancer Society.

Rocky Dallum attended Willamette University College of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (JD) in 2006-2009. Rocky was involved in the Willamette Law Review and the Willamette Moot Court Board while they attended. Rocky also attended Linfield College, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Mass Communications and Political Science in 1998-2002. Rocky was involved in the Associated Students of Linfield College, KSLC -Student Powered Radio, and the 2000 Linfield College Budget Committee while attending. Rocky also studied at Yonsei University in 2001-2001 for International Relations in the November Club.
