Craig Stroud, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Director of the Oregon Convention Center since August 2017. Prior to this role, Craig held various positions at the Oregon Zoo from September 2006 to July 2017, including Deputy Director, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing guest-facing operations and generating $20 million annually for zoo mission activities. Craig also directed a $125 million bond capital program for infrastructure and animal welfare and managed a $30 million annual operating and capital budget, focusing on financial efficiency. Earlier in the career, Craig served as the Administrator of the Benefit Payments Division at Oregon PERS and as an Audit Manager in the Oregon Secretary of State Audits Division. Craig earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oregon State University in 1993.
