Maurizia Cecconi

Maurizia Cecconi, OLY, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in event operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Setup & Event Operations at the Oregon Convention Center since July 2022. Previously, Maurizia held significant roles including Consumer Relations & Client Services at Technivorm-Moccamaster USA, Project Manager at Encore Event Technologies, and Sports Coach for the US National Synchronized Swimming team. A double Olympian, Maurizia also coached elite athletes at Cirque du Soleil "O" and was an original cast performer in “Le Rêve” at Wynn Las Vegas. Maurizia holds a Master of Science in Philosophy from Sapienza Università di Roma and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
